I wanted to give a shout out to Stanka and her team over at Equilibri. I had used them for a small itinerary last year,but again this summer on a high profile last minute itinerary for very high needs clients. Stanka responded and delivered with expertise, pivoted with a moment's notice and was able to anticipate like a seasoned professional.

The things that really stood out to me were:

2) Ability to guide me the advisor to advise the best way to accomplish the goals of the client

3) Respect for the budget provided by the client

4) Listened well to provide specific white glove services such as favorite flowers, favorite dessert, room with the best view, personalized notes from client's husband, fresh fruit on arrival.

5) Understood very specific cultural differences that provide challenges for clients and made sure there were no gaps in service level.

6) Ability to pivot tours and plans when weather, traffic and changing priorities came up.

7) Excellent communication while clients were traveling with client and advisor.

8) Good feedback during travel.

9) Access to the best of the destination including drivers and guides.

I would highly recommend Equilibri to any of my fellow advisors looking for a high end Croatia program. I also appreciate their willingness to take a small piece of a multi-country itinerary as requested.
